Online Form

Please note that the online form will be available all day on the 28th January and will be disabled at midnight.  PayPal invoices for online entries received on that day will be sent as close to immediately as I can get and payment should be made by the end of 29th January.  If you entered some time ago and have still not paid by 28th you will receive a reminder and be asked to pay within 24 hours.  Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your invoice and show entries on the assumption that you have changed your mind.
