Refund Policy

If you have to pull out of the show before the closing date we are happy to refund your fees or transfer to another of our shows if one is pending.  Please bear in mind that the show organisers face a lot of expenditure where literally every penny counts so there will be no refunds after the closing date.  However we will consider individual requests for a refund but based on compassionate grounds only.
Compassionate grounds:
Dog or handler sustains serious injury prior to show date.
Dog has gone to Rainbow Bridge.
Family bereavement
Non compassionate grounds:
Dog has Kennel Cough or tummy upset
Handler receives last minute invitation to attend a training day being held the same date as the show.
Handler has double booked with another event which clashes with date of show.
Bitch is either pregnant or has come into season.

Rules

1.              Dogs under 18 months of age on the date of each show may not enter       competitive classes.
2.             Should circumstances beyond our control cause the show to be cancelled and we cannot reschedule we reserve the right to deduct a percentage towards expenses from the entry fees.  Refunds will be sent on receipt of a SAE.
3.             The mating of bitches on the showground is forbidden.
4.             Bitches in season are not to be walked around inside the venue
5.             No person shall carry out punitive correction or harsh handling of a dog at any time within the Show boundaries.  This includes frog marching from the ring and/or swearing aggressively at your dog whilst under test.
6.             The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry.
7.             Judges may run their dog[s] or have another handler run their dog[s] in the classes they are not judging.  A Judge may not have another handler run their dog in the class they are judging.
8.             A dog will be withdrawn from competition if it is
A]         A Bitch in season.
B]         Suffering from an infectious or contagious disease.
C]         Causing problems at ringside for competing dog.  Causing problems on showground.
D]         Lame and likely to suffer more if allowed to continue.
9.             Running orders will be random and picked using an online sequencer.  Each height category will have its own set of running orders.
10.           Every effort will be made to ensure handlers are aware of each class’ progress; however it is ultimately the responsibility of the handler to make sure they don’t miss their runs.
11.            Handlers should run as close to their running order as possible and if running more than one dog they should run in the correct sequence. 
12.           Puppies that have been inoculated may be brought to the show.  However it should be pointed out that under no circumstances are puppies to be brought to the show for the purpose of selling.
13.        We will not tolerate rudeness to our ring parties in any way, shape or form.  Any handler reported to us for unnecessary rudeness will be asked to leave the venue and will have any entries to future shows refused.
14.           Dogs must not wear any type of slip, half slip collar, harness or lead whilst competing. A flat close fitting leather or webbing collar without tags is permitted.
15.           Do not attend if your dog has been in contact with any canine contagious disease within 21 days prior to the show.
16.           Dogs should not be fed anywhere inside the ring [this includes the start line] and any food you have on you should be in secure pockets or bumbag.  A handler may not run with food in their hand.
17.           Please do not use a noisy toy ringside.  This includes whilst waiting in the queue.
18.        The use of electric shock collars is prohibited at this show. 
19.           Should you have a problem with any course please be respectful when approaching the judge.
20.           In fairness to our stall holders who pay a pitch fee, please do not bring items to the show to sell from the back of your car.
21.           Please abide by the 5mph speed limit when entering or leaving the car park
22.           If you want to park with friends then please try to arrange to arrive with them.  Do not save spaces in the car park
23.           Please do not allow your dog[s] to annoy any horses that may be on site.



Competitors are respectfully reminded that their dog(s) could be at risk if left in a car on warm days.  Please put their welfare first.
