Running Orders

We are now less than 24 hours away from the February show, and I do know that there are some handlers who literally leave it til the last minute to get their running orders on line.  I must stress that all the show paper work is now with the Windrush show organisers so if you have left it until the last minute to check your running orders and find there is a mistake please do not contact me [Val Clark].  You will need to phone Tracy on the 01424 number on the front of the schedule.  Please do not phone after 9 pm as I'm sure she will be preparing for a very early start tomorrow.

New Kennel Club Measuring Rule

Effective from 8th February 2016, you cannot have a second measure carried out by the people who did the first one.  If you have booked in for a second measure at Windrush you will not be able to have your dog measured if the first measurers were either Tracy Hudson or Carol Holdsworth.  I understand a third measurer will be available on the day but to save a wasted journey it is advised that you phone Tracy on the 01424 number [front of schedule] for the name.

ALL RUNNING ORDERS HAVE BEEN SENT

All running orders for the February show were posted on Thursday 4th February.  If you don't receive any it will be because you either entered online or didn't provide an SAE with your entry form.
Any errors should be reported to Val Clark before Tuesday 9th February because all show paperwork will be handed over to the show organisers on that day.

LATE ENTRIES

If you intend sending a late entry please DO NOT send to Val Clark.  Please first contact Tracy [01424 number on schedule] to ensure she is still taking late entries, She will also tell you who to make cheque payable to and where to send it.

February Running Orders

The running orders are now uploaded.  Please click tab above to access them and there is another link on the right hand side.  Your running orders are on the top third of the page with ring guide and show information on the bottom two thirds.  If you do struggle accessing your running orders please use the Contact form on the right and I will send them by email but ONLY to those who have not supplied an SAE or entered online.  If you supplied an envelope I'm afraid you will have to wait until they arrive.

Contact Us Form Temporarily Removed

I'm afraid I have had to remove the Contact Us form temporarily as it is still being used to inquire about measuring at the show despite a request not to.  If you need to inquire about measuring please phone Tracy on the 01424 number on the front of the schedule.  The Contact Us form will be back in place once the running orders have been uploaded.

FEBRUARY SHOW ENTRIES OFFICIALLY CLOSED

It is now just turned 10.35 at night and there has been no interest in the online form all day so I'm going to disable it now.  February show entries are now officially closed.
