Bank Transfer Removed from Payment Options

I'm afraid I have had to remove the payment by bank transfer option from the February online form as it was proving to be a nightmare.   There were two simple requests sent with the bank details to handlers opting to pay this way.  To put their names as references on their transfers and to send a brief message when the transfer had been done.  Although some did appreciate the reasoning and assisted by doing this, the majority didn't, causing a lot of extra work for me.   Now if you enter online I'm afraid the only payment method is PayPal invoice.
